  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 ½ tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the beef chops generously with salt and ground black pepper. In a bowl, mix together all honey garlic sauce ingredients until well combined.
  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat, adding vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon melted butter.
  3. Pan-fry seasoned beef chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Push the cooked chops aside in the skillet, add remaining butter, and sauté minced garlic until light brown.
  5. Pour in the honey garlic sauce and stir until it thickens to an amber color.
