  • 16 ounces uncooked pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the skillet with the beef. Stir until melted and combined.
  4. Gradually add milk while stirring to create a creamy sauce. Simmer gently for about 2 minutes.
