  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 packages instant ramen noodles
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup sliced white button mushrooms
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons regular soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Fresh garlic and ginger

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauces, hoisin, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, and white pepper.
  2. Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until softened. Drain and rinse.
  3. In a nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook diced chicken until done; remove from skillet.
  4. Sauté red bell pepper, mushrooms, onions, and broccoli until tender. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
