Instructions

  1. Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
  3. Roll dough between parchment paper into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick.
