  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 12 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch sea salt

  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup panko crumbs
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 romaine hearts (chopped)
  • 12 French baguettes
  • Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Caesar dressing by mixing mayonnaise, yogurt, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth. Reserve some dressing for the salad.
  2. Pound chicken cutlets evenly for consistent cooking and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station: mix flour with salt and paprika in one plate; whisk eggs in another; combine panko crumbs, breadcrumbs, herbs, and cheese in the third.
  4. Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, dip into egg, then coat thoroughly in breadcrumb mixture.
