  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the beef chops and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika if desired.
