  • 1 3.4 oz box instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup frosting
  • Candy Melts
  • Toppings (sprinkles, candy eyes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil. Beat for 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  4. Once cooled, crumble the cake into fine pieces in a large bowl. Mix in the frosting until it forms a dough-like consistency.
  5. Roll small balls (about 1 inch) from the mixture and place on parchment-lined baking sheets. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  6. Melt Candy Melts according to package instructions. Dip lollipop sticks into melted candy before inserting them into each chilled cake ball.
  7. Dip cake pops into melted Candy Melts for an even coating and decorate while still wet.
