  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate (melted)
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (chilled)
  • 1 cup white cooking chocolate (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Crust: In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted dark chocolate and unsalted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a tart pan and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Filling: In a saucepan over low heat, melt chopped dark chocolate, milk chocolate, heavy cream, and chilled butter while stirring continuously until smooth. Pour into the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  3. Spiderweb Design: Melt white cooking chocolate with heavy cream in another saucepan. Transfer to a piping bag and drizzle over the tart in a spiral pattern to create a spiderweb.
