  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare the eggplant by dicing it into 1-inch cubes. Sprinkle salt over the cubes and let sit for about 10 minutes to reduce bitterness. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
