  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups shredded sharp cheddar until well mixed.
  2. Prepare a double layer of cling wrap on the counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup shredded cheddar where you’ll place the bottom of the cheese ball.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture over the shredded cheddar and cover it completely with remaining cheddar.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap and use rubber bands to shape into a pumpkin form.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Remove rubber bands and unwrap; top with a bell pepper stem for decoration.
