  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 cooked turkey bacon strips (crumbled)
  • 2 jalapeños (minced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Brush zucchini cut sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place cut side up on a baking sheet.
